acrylic and pencil on canvas - 20"H x 35"W

A colorful, primarily red composition of loose brushworks of varying thicknesses on a loose acrylic wash. I painted this during a particularly hot spell. My basement studio was nice and cool, but the heat somehow made it's way into this painting.
